2.1 Account Creation

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we deem inappropriate. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

3.1 Course Enrollment

When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use only.

3.2 Lifetime Access

Unless otherwise specified, enrolled courses provide lifetime access. However, we reserve the right to retire or modify courses due to legal requirements, instructor requests, or platform changes. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

3.3 Content Updates

Instructors may update course content at any time. You will have access to all updates at no additional cost. Course content, structure, and pricing may change without notice.

3.4 Corporate Enrollments

If you are enrolled through a corporate or organizational account, your access may be subject to additional terms and may be revoked if your relationship with the organization ends.

4.1 Pricing

Course prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Promotional pricing is time-limited and subject to availability.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Xendit payment gateway. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid courses. Refunds are available if:

• The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
• You have completed less than 30% of the course content
• You have not violated these Terms

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of abuse or violation of our policies. Refunds are not available for courses purchased through corporate or organizational accounts.

4.4 Subscription Services

If we offer subscription services, billing will be automatic at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

6.1 Our Content

All content on DexWellness, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by DexWellness, DHI, our instructors, or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (comments, reviews, forum posts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

6.3 Certificates

Certificates of completion are provided for successfully completed courses. You may share and display these certificates. However, certificates do not constitute professional certifications or accreditations unless explicitly stated.

7.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7.2 No Professional Advice

Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on course content. Always consult with qualified professionals for specific advice.

7.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services linked from our platform. Access to third-party resources is at your own risk.

7.4 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that taking courses will result in specific outcomes, employment, career advancement, or other benefits. Individual results vary based on effort, circumstances, and other factors.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration rules, or through competent courts in Indonesia.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to, constitute the entire agreement between you and DexWellness regarding the Services.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
